Whoops we had a snag on takeoff, but SUPER BANDIT is code 1 once again.
Big thanks to Tibbius and Jason over on the 24XX discord for their advice!
- Re-added italicized text lost at some point during an FTL jump
- Moved starfighter specialty to the top of chargen to create a better flow for choosing skills
- Condensed "one other skill" choices into their own block
- Reduced the B&W pdf size a bit
